The spiritual plasticism by Francesc Domingo

With the exhibition “The spiritual plasticism by Francesc Domingo”, the place that belongs to him, in the panorama of the Catalan avant-garde, a cartoonist and painter who for various reasons had been almost excluded, is returned. Paintings, drawings and ceramics have made it possible to trace the Noucentista and Cezanne formation of Francesc Domingo (1893 – 1974) and his rapid immersion in the first avant-garde: Cubism, on the one hand, and Surrealism, on the other, an aspect of the all unknown to this day.
