Joan Brotat. The Struggle for Innocence, 1946-1966

The exhibition was a production of the Municipal Museum of Mollet del Vallès and the Museum of Valls in collaboration with the University of Jaén and focused on the first twenty years of artistic practice of the painter, which were the most fruitful of his long career. The exhibition wanted to recover the work of this painter too forgotten to make it visible again, while wanting to vindicate him as one of the most unique artists of the second half of the twentieth century in our country.
