Modern art in the Abelló collection, 19th-20th centuries

The collections collected by the painter Joan Abelló throughout his life are of such magnitude and variety that through them a sufficiently broad chronological view of the evolution of art from the end of the 19th century to the time of maturity of Abelló himself. It aims to give the visitor a very rough idea of what the different trends that have been happening in Western art were, seen logically mainly from Catalan art -which serves as a guiding thread- but interspersed with it. also examples of foreign schools.
